2003-2004 Rate Schedule

 

 EXISTING RESIDENTS AS OF AUGUST 2009

SEASONAL RATE (NOV. THRU MAY)

LONG TERM RATE

 (5 month minimum)

$500.00 PER MONTH FOR 5 MONTHS, 6TH MONTH and summer storage/maintenance fee is $450.00

$40 discount if the 5 month rate is paid in advance by November 1st.  (Total discounted rate is $2460.00) Summer storage/maintenance fee is due April 1, 2010.  Total including summer storage is $2910.00.

This allows six months of continuous stay from November to May.  This rate is based on two people per unit, one R.V., and one car.  Extra person:  $2.00 per day, maximum of 3 per unit.  Visitors are limited to a maximum of 14 days at $2.00 per night.

 Maximum length of stay 9 months-no year round rentals!

THESE RATES ARE FOR EXISTING TENANTS ONLY. IF SELLING YOUR UNIT THE BUYER WILL PAY THE  COLOR RATED LOT SCHEDULE OF FEES ON THE

 

ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE RATES

 

NO REFUND AFTER SEPTEMBER 1 except in the case of the death of a spouse.

 

BOAT STORAGE is only for winter residents - no year round boat storage due to hurricane rulings.  $40.00 PER MONTH

 

 

Fully furnished rental trailers available through office.
